David AJUELOS

Founder and CEO of Azur Métropole Immobilier since 2016, I have been responsible for its creation, organization, and management: setting the direction, financial oversight, recruiting and leading teams, contract negotiations, procedure structuring, driving digital projects, and ensuring compliance with regulated activities. Having now fully transferred this company, this milestone marks the completion of one entrepreneurial chapter and invites me to dedicate my skills long-term to a local organization, whether private or public. Previously, as Sales Director for the Nice-Matin group and later Deputy General Manager of the Monegasque media Riviera Radio, I supervised and structured the work of individuals, teams, and departments under my sole responsibility, initiated and took part in strategic decisions at executive committee meetings, led cross-functional projects, and represented my organizations to institutional leaders and established networks across Nice, the Principality of Monaco, and the entire French Riviera, where I built lasting professional relationships.

These experiences have taught me to analyze objectively, set a practical course, engage my teams around ambitious goals, monitor progress, and collectively achieve them, make sound decisions, facilitate information flow, unite diverse profiles, and communicate clearly and concisely. Deeply driven by values of professionalism, honesty, and humanism, I strive daily, alongside my colleagues, to ensure the highest satisfaction for my clients, partners, and constituents.
